With over 26 years’ experience in the TV industry, Michelle has worked on some of the most popular shows on telly. From daytime to primetime, she’s gained a reputation for making quality popular factual TV. She joined Freeform Productions as Executive Producer in 2018, and when its label, Double FTV was launched in 2025 she become the Creative Director. She now oversees A Place in the Sun for Freeform and all new commissions and development for Double FTV.

Linda Glendinning
Head of Production

Linda joined Freeform in 2011 as the Production Manager for A Place in the Sun, managing a team of 80+ people in the office and on location for over 1200 episodes.

She became Head of Production in 2016, overseeing all the production needs for Freeform and across Double FTV productions since 2025.

The best part of her day is walking the office Cockapoo, Mouse.

Production Accountant

Elaine spent 12 years working as a Production Accountant in tv drama and feature films before retraining as a teacher. 10 years later, the classroom’s loss is Freeform’s gain.

Katie is a highly motivated and experienced Publicist with extensive experience delivering first-class communications campaigns for TV, entertainment, and publishing brands. An expert in consumer and trade PR, she has collaborated with some of the biggest brands in the business, working across an impressive roster of programming for Banijay UK, Freeform Productions, BBC Studios, Netflix, Amazon Prime, BBC, ITV, Channel 4, and many more.  From multi-award-winning production companies to BAFTA-winning talent, Katie’s campaigns have made front-page news, won awards, and captivated national and international audiences.

Siobhan O’Gorman
Series Editor

Siobhan is one of the most experienced series editors in British TV. Specialising in Fact Ent programming, over the past 25 years she has moved up the TV schedule from GMTV Lorraine at breakfast to ITV Loose Women at lunchtime and C4 Embarrassing Bodies in peak.

She has been at the helm of A Place in the Sun and its spin off shows for 8 years, and despite all the glamorous locations the shows film in, she is at her happiest at home with her Cockapoo Mouse.

Head of Development

Ann is a development specialist who has been winning commissions for the past 15 years. She’s channel and slot agnostic – but has a strong track record in popular factual and fact ent returners. She’s developed shows around experts, like Paul Hollywood’s City Bakes (Food Network), and Sarah Beeny’s Selling Houses (C4), and worked up super strong series where the format does the heavy lifting e.g. Code Zero: Police Under Attack (C5) and Special Ops: Crime Squad UK (DAVE).
